SmoothSkin offers a 2-year warranty on faulty products, starting on the date of purchase. To qualify, product must be purchased from an authorised retailer. We’ll check the device for faults in materials or workmanship free of charge, and if deemed faulty we’ll replace the complete device at our discretion. Find more info here.
