Exfoliating once a week will remove dead skin cells leaving the skin glowing. If you have sensitive skin it may be best to exfoliate bi-weekly to avoid irritation. Please note that if you exfoliate too much, it may cause skin to become dry and cause inflammation.
Don’t miss out the buffer
Buffing sponges provide a great follow on from exfoliation. If you have oily skin, you may want to use the buffing sponge twice a week to exfoliate. Be sure to rinse thoroughly after use to deter bacterial growth!
