Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward: we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $99. If your order is below $99, a flat $10 shipping charge will be applied regardless of your shipping location.
Orders placed before 3pm (CT) Monday - Friday, are usually on their way to you the same day. Orders placed after 3pm (CT) will be shipped the next business day. Our warehouse is closed during major US holidays so any orders placed during those periods will be shipped the next business day. We have partnered with DHL & FedEx to ensure your SmoothSkin is in good hands.
Once your order leaves our warehouse you can expect it to be delivered typically within 7 days. You will receive an email from us when your order ships which includes tracking information.

If within 100 days of placing your order, you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations or requirements, simply let us know and we'll initiate the return process.
Just contact our customer support team via our Contact Us page or at help@smoothskin.com, and they'll guide you through the process. Be prepared to have your order confirmation details available to provide us so we can locate your order. Please note that return shipping costs will apply.
Once we have received your returned item to our warehouse we will process your refund promptly. You can expect the refund to be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
The item must be returned within 100 days from the date of purchase and be free from any physical damage.
