Manufacturer’s Warranty
SmoothSkin offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturer faults on all devices. This begins on the date you purchased your device.
To claim against the warranty, you will need to show proof of purchase within 2 years. To start a claim, email help@smoothskin.com. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement device, free of charge.
If you need to make a claim but have lost your proof of purchase, the retailer is unknown or the product was purchased from an unregistered seller (for example an online auction site) the warranty period is considered to have started three months after the date of manufacturing, which is established from the serial number on the device and is at SmoothSkin’s discretion. Proof of serial number must be provided as a photograph before any claim is progressed.
